Saderday

(Ray holding Mickie)...Mickie lives here too but on the bottom floor in Annie's room 'cause she was used to being an only cat. She was rescued by Mom's daughter Annie, when Ray was a baby, both were 14 years old. Mickie had what was thought to be 2 breast abscesses.........after seeing 2 different Vets and some tests done, it was found to be advanced breast cancer. After all our goodbyes this week, Mickie crossed the bridge with dignity and love this evening and was buried by a new cypress tree.
This is Mom's daughter, Andra holding her kitty, Mickie, who had her time on the deck also and when Annie came home from work, she would bring her to Rays room or in the familyroom when the beans watched movies.
By sweet Mickie, till we meet again...we will all miss you so much fiesty little girl................lots of tears here...........................................................

We are so sorry for Andra's loss and yours, of course. Mickie was a part of the family after all. At least he has no more pain and is running free on the bridge. He had a good life and was well-loved and will never be forgotten.

There is never a good time to lose someone that we love. We could have them in our lives for a hundred years and we would want just one more day. I am so very sorry about Mickie's passing.
